Residence and work legalisation for foreigners, fully handled by us

We employ workers from Ukraine, Nepal and India. We handle applications, government offices and deadlines ourselves. You get a worker who is ready to work, and the full set of documents stays with us in case of an inspection.

  1. We check documents

    Before arrival we check the passport, visa and legal basis of stay. We know if someone can work legally before they step onto the floor.

  2. We file applications

    Work permit, declaration or notification, depending on citizenship. We deal with the labour office and the voivodeship office ourselves.

  3. We prepare the start

    Contract, PESEL number, medical check and BHP health and safety training. The worker comes to you with everything in place.

  4. We watch deadlines

    We track when visas, permits and residence cards expire. We file extensions early, so nobody drops out of the schedule.

  5. We stand by you in an inspection

    The workers are employed by EMOR. During a PIP labour inspection or a Border Guard check, HR files and permits are with us, ready to show.

Your company does not handle a single case at a government office. You show your contract with us, and we keep the rest of the documents.
