Questions we hear before signing a contract
You promise a team in 24-72 hours. Where do you find people so fast?
From our own pool of workers who have already been trained by us and have all their documents. On top of that we have our own forklift training centre, so we never wait for outside courses. For larger teams of more than twenty people, we agree a step-by-step start schedule.
You answer for the result. What happens if the target is not met?
We agree the targets before the start and check them every week. If the process drops below what we agreed, we add people or change the team at our own cost. That is the difference between a contract clause and a talk about good intentions.
You employ foreigners. Who is responsible in a PIP labour inspection?
The workers are employed by EMOR, so HR files, permits and notifications are on our side. In an inspection you show your contract with us and our documents. That is why it is worth checking if your current provider has official agency status.
Outsourcing looks more expensive than your own staff. How do you count the real difference?
To your own worker's rate, add recruitment, onboarding, absences, overtime for your core crew and the cost of a shift that stopped. With turnover above twenty percent a year, your own staff usually costs more. In the quote we show this with your numbers.
We already work with an agency. Can you take part of the process instead of the whole warehouse?
Yes, and that is how most of our partnerships start. We take one process or one shift, work for a month, and you compare the results with what you have now. Only then do we talk about a bigger scope.
Do you work only near your branches or across Poland?
We have offices in Wrocław, Kraków, Warsaw, Kielce and Szczecin, and we serve sites within commuting distance of them. For larger projects we go further and arrange accommodation and transport for the team.
