I don't speak Polish. Can I work with you?
For many warehouse jobs basic communication is enough, and the coordinator on site can talk to you in Ukrainian or Russian. Forklift and production jobs sometimes need more, we will tell you on the call.
You say the work is legal. What documents do I get at the start?
A contract with EMOR and a full set of HR documents. If you are a foreigner, we also handle notifications and permits, so your stay and work are legal from day one.
Who pays for forklift training?
We have our own training centre, so training is free for our workers. The UDT licence is yours and stays with you, whatever happens next.
You help with accommodation, but who pays for it?
We help you find a place near the site and agree the terms. The cost depends on the city and standard. We give you the exact amount on the call, so you can plan your budget before you arrive.
When do I get my first pay?
We agree the date when you sign the contract and we keep to it. If a holiday falls on that day, the transfer goes out earlier, never later.
